REFUNDS / DEFECTS / RETURN OF NEONS
1. Custom Orders

No refunds or returns will be accepted on any custom-made products.
2. Damaged Goods on Arrival
-
The Buyer must notify both the delivery agent and the Seller within 24 hours of receipt, in writing, and include photographic or video evidence of:

Damage to the goods
-
Damage to the packaging
-

Failure to meet this timeframe and evidence requirement will void the Seller’s obligations.
3. Natural Variations
-
Because each neon sign is hand-rendered, slight variations or discolourations may occur.
-
Screen and printer calibrations can also cause minor colour differences.
-
The Buyer acknowledges these are not product defects and accepts that such variations are inherent to the process.
4. Inspection & Notification of Non-Compliance

Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the goods immediately.

Within 48 hours of delivery, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing of any:

Defect
-
Shortage in quantity
-
Damage
-
Non-compliance with the description or quote
-

The Buyer must then allow the Seller a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods.

If the Buyer fails to comply with these steps, the goods will be deemed to meet all terms and be free of any defects.
5. Process for Returns (Standard Products)

Eligibility:

Only non-custom, unopened, undamaged products from our standard line may be returned.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.

Refund:

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a full refund.

Note: Custom products and limited-edition installations are non-refundable. For technical issues, please contact our service team directly.
